Lubricant is an essential additive in PVC processing. Adding an appropriate amount of lubricant to PVC can reduce the mutual friction between PVC particles before melting and between macromolecules in the PVC melt; reducing the mutual friction between the PVC melt and the plastic mechanical contact surface can improve the flow performance of plastic processing. An additive whose structure generally has two parts: a non-polar long chain and a polar group. In addition to improving melt fluidity, it also has the functions of promoting melting, facilitating demolding, preventing static electricity, and preventing adhesion.
