Introduction:

The function of stabilizers:

PVC thermal stabilizers are inevitable additives in PVC processing. They inhibit the degradation of PVC molecules by replacing unstable chlorine atoms, neutralizing hydrogen chloride, and reacting with unsaturated parts, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the thermal stability of PVC.

Huike stabilizer has excellent thermal stability and good mechanical properties. Make the processing run smoothly, ensure the mold cleaning cycle and normal processing. In the later stages of production and processing, during extrusion molding and normal placement and transportation, antioxidants are used as the main stabilizing component to ensure color stability and later weather resistance in extrusion molding. The stabilization mechanisms of different raw materials before, during and after use complement each other, giving them better synergy.
