Through phased centralized training and assessment, it effectively improved the professional skills and team cohesion of the employees, achieving remarkable results. The activity adopted a combination of theoretical lectures and case analysis, with department heads serving as instructors. It emphasized the construction of three key capabilities: first, the recognition of corporate culture, deeply integrating the concept of "emphasizing learning, integrity, and contribution" into daily work through interpretation of the core spirit of the enterprise; second, practical business skills, conducting specialized training on product knowledge updates and customer service standards; third, process optimization capabilities, establishing a standardized work process system by integrating financial and legal knowledge training. In the closed-book examination, the overall pass rate of the logistics team reached 100%, with Liu Zhaosu and two others winning the first prize, and Song Nana and five others receiving the excellence award. The company awarded certificates and cash rewards to the winners, setting up learning benchmarks.

        The important experiences accumulated this time include: strengthening the job adaptability of training content, adding case study and scenario simulation sections; establishing a long-term mechanism of "quarterly micro-lectures + annual intensive training"; implementing a credit system assessment linked to job grade promotion.
